Returns & Exchanges
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic and the items sold on our website being perishable, we are taking mandatory precautions where returns and exchanges are not allowed.
We will however replace the product that are incorrect, defective or damaged upon arrival. Proof is required. Please send us an email at betterme.seamoss@gmail.com and include your name, order number, pictures of the product received and any necessary details for a faster resolution.
