Shipping Policies

PROCESSING TIME:

Each jar of sea moss is prepared in small quantities every week to ensure optimal freshness and high quality. The processing time for all orders takes 7-9 days to properly produce our Seamoss Gels before shipment starts.

Sea moss gels are ONLY shipped Monday – Wednesday to make sure orders do not remain in transit over the weekend. 

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING INFORMATION:

Upon placing your order, you will receive a system generated confirmation email. If you don’t receive your confirmation email, please reach out to us so we can manually send it to you.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Orders are Shipped with the United States Postal Service (USPS).

 

DAMAGES & ISSUES:

Once you receive your order, please inspect for any issues. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at betterme.seamoss@gmail.com so that we can assess the issue and make it right. Please include in your email your name, order number, pictures of the product received and any necessary details for a faster resolution.
